Sensors Cannot Join LoRa Network, What Should I Do?

• Check the gateway frequency configuration. Ensure that the gateway and the sensor node have the same uplink and downlink frequency.
• Check the real-time log to see if there are any sensor data packets and RESET the sensor. If there are packets, check if the gateway is sending downlink packets.
• If the channels and other configurations are correct and there are no packets in the gateway logs, please contact technical support.

Why is the New Sensor's Battery Not 100%?

Battery power detection is not highly accurate. The principle is to measure the supply voltage; when powered on and RESET repeatedly, the voltage is unstable, which is why it is not 100%. When the sensor stabilizes, the power will be more accurate.
