Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU Supported I/O Unit

The DC620 DUAL not only provides wireless communication between industrial equipment through its built-in I/O units that support Modbus protocols but can also be used as remote I/O hardware.

Automatic Data Collection

The DC620 DUAL can collect data from various connected DC620 DUAL devices, PLCs, and Modbus sensors over Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or RS485 at user-defined intervals. Optionally, it can transmit this data to third-party software using MQTT, HTTP, and protocols.

Modbus Master & Slave Support

With the Modbus Master feature, the DC620 DUAL can collect data from various devices; it can also be used as a gateway or remote I/O unit with Modbus Slave support.

IEC 62056-21 Mod C Support

The DC620 DUAL can be used in smart meter applications with IEC 62056-21 Mod C support over RS485. The device can store the values read from electricity meters in its own Modbus registers and send this data to third-party software using MQTT, HTTP, and protocols.

Simplified Rule Engine Support

The DC620 DUAL automatically collects data from user-defined devices and performs basic mathematical operations on this data. It can write the results of these operations to itself or another DC620 DUAL. This feature allows for operations such as activating digital outputs based on digital inputs from a different location or transmitting data to an HMI panel located remotely from the PLC.
