follow the menus. RLTK451 supports sending alerts via SMS and email, triggering digital output in alarm situations, and carrying device information. It supports up to 20 different alert messages for different device statuses.

To add an alarm rule, press the Add button.

  • Digital output control cannot be used simultaneously with the digital output function under DI/DO. If DO1 is active in one, use DO2 in the other.
  • The SMS message can consist of a maximum of 140 bytes and contains description, event, time, and message. Do not keep the description content unnecessarily long to avoid receiving corrupted and incomplete messages.
  • Ensure that the device is connected to the 4G network and that the SIM card supports SMS functionality before sending SMS.
  • Ensure that the device is connected to the network before sending an email.
  • The DO alarm is continuously sent until the next DO is triggered.
  • WAN-4G online: Alarm after successfully connecting to the 4G network.
  • WAN-4G offline: Alarm after reconnecting to the 4G network.
  • Network type change: Alarm when the network type is changed.
  • WAN up: Alarm when connected to the wired network.
  • WAN down: Alarm when the wired network connection is lost.
  • System reboot: Alarm when the device is restarted without power loss.
  • DI 1 ON: If the DI1 mode in DI/DO is ON-OFF, it gives an alarm when DI1 is triggered.
  • DI 1 OFF: If the DI1 mode in DI/DO is ON-OFF, it gives an alarm when DI1 triggering is stopped.
  • DI1 counter overflow: If the DI1 mode in DI/DO is Counter, it gives an alarm when the DI1 counter reaches the threshold value.
  • DI 2 ON: If the DI2 mode in DI/DO is ON-OFF, it gives an alarm when DI2 is triggered.
  • DI 2 OFF: If the DI2 mode in DI/DO is ON-OFF, it gives an alarm when DI2 triggering is stopped.
  • DI2 counter overflow: If the DI2 mode in DI/DO is Counter, it gives an alarm when the DI2 counter reaches the threshold value.
