Alarm
To configure the device alarm settings, navigate to:
- Services
- Alert
RLTK421 supports sending notifications via SMS and email, and it can include device information in the alert message. The device supports up to 20 different alert messages for various device status events.
To add a new alarm rule, click the Add button.

- SMS messages can contain a maximum of 140 bytes and include description, event, time, and message content. To avoid corrupted or incomplete messages, do not make the description unnecessarily long.
- Before sending SMS messages, ensure that the device is connected to the 4G network and that the SIM card supports SMS functionality.
- Before sending emails, ensure that the device is connected to the network.
- WAN-4G online: Alarm is triggered after successfully connecting to the 4G network.
- WAN-4G offline: Alarm is triggered after reconnecting to the 4G network.
- Network type change: Alarm is triggered when the network type changes.
- WAN up: Alarm is triggered when the wired network connection is established.
- WAN down: Alarm is triggered when the wired network connection is disconnected.
- System reboot: Alarm is triggered when the device reboots without a power interruption.
