Key Parameters
Using the LoRaWAN protocol generally involves the following parameters.

| Join Type | OTAA (Default) ABP |
| Device EUI | The unique identifier of the device, one of the network participation parameters in OTAA mode. |
| Device Code (KEY) | Found on the device label, used for device binding and API calls. |
| AppEUI | The unique identifier of the application, one of the network participation parameters in OTAA mode. |
| AppKey | The application key, one of the network participation parameters in OTAA mode. |
| DevAddr | This parameter can only be used in ABP mode, one of the network participation parameters. |
| NwkSkey | This parameter can only be used in ABP mode, one of the network participation parameters. |
| AppSkey | This parameter can only be used in ABP mode, one of the network participation parameters. |
